Please join me in prayer for my precious friend, Renee. Renee has inspired and encouraged me nearly every single day since I met her, here in the blogging world.
Her blog is called, Circling My Head, and I encourage everyone to read it; go back at least a year, and really get to know her.
But first, if you are a praying person, please pray for her. If you are not a praying person, please send any kind of loving good thoughts, healing wishes and positive energy. She has cancer; it has spread far and wide, and is causing her pain.
Dear Lord, have mercy upon Renee and her family. Give her comfort, relief from pain, infuse her with peace and Your love. Surround them all with Your tender, powerful love. Ease her way. Amen.

It was so kind of you to stop by today. Indeed Renee has been a beacon in a very dark journey for many of us. I never knew one could grow so fond of someone we never "met".
Over the past 2 years now, first from lurkdoom and then from private emails, letters and cards, little gifts to celebrate our hopes or to comfort our pain, we got to know each other - just as you and I - and a friendship grew that eventually, because of time and many people moved slowly into our blogs. But our private friendship remained private.
Today there are candles burning here to give Renee Light in the distance, to say thank you for the encouragement, the laughter and above all, for being a friend who stole my heart.
Thank you Karen, you are kind, and faithful and your friendship is very much valued here. Blessings.
I only know of her through others, like Allegra, but am praying.
Sending up prayers for Renee.
I have read her words on occasion, she is a beautiful person.
Renee is in my prayers. Sending healing thoughts her way. So sorry.
I met Renee through your blog over a year ago. She has one of the most unique blogs I have ever followed. I love the visual content....and I have grown so fond of Renee. Thank you for the introduction. She is in my prayers.
I shall pray for her.
thank you for the link -- I visited as well. And I agree with what you wrote on Elizabeth's blog. Cancer really sucks.
This is so beautiful, Karen. I met Renee through her blog less than a year ago, and she has touched my heart in so many ways. She is indeed a lovely soul.
I'm praying .
It's brutal.. that's all.brutal.
I "met" Renee , through Elizabeth ,I think, and spent hours reading her posts, her heart, and soul.
How does one not fall in love with such an angel.
I am away, but have been thinking of her constantly.
