Nurses ROCK!

Want to see what AWESOME looks like? Check this out:
This is the SCCA cancer ward, where Katie was treated, where we lived for weeks and months in 2006, in the hospital where we stayed for her surgery and recovery after all five rounds of chemotherapy. These are the halls we walked, the rooms we inhabited, and (some of) the nurses who took care of our girl...and Kelly Clarkson (the singer) just tweeted about the video:
"Oh my goodness y'all have to see this! It's beautiful! I can't wait to visit these kids and nurses! It's Seattle Children's Hospital, I believe. God Bless y'all!"

Nurses ROCK! Thanks to every one of you, especially those who took care of our daughter!

I don't know what to say other than to sit here with tears streaming down my cheeks, grateful for you, for these beautiful, beautiful children, for the nurses. Just wow.

What a beautiful thing. And what a beautiful tribute by you to those wonderful people that help us during our worst of times. Wishing you happy & sunny days. Does David get home soon or does he have other plans for his summer? Smiles & hugs to you as we are approaching "that time" of the year that brings so many memories. Although, I am not sure about you...but there are so many memories throughout....both good & bad. But working on those new ones with the good Brandon ones mixed in!

Love,
Dawn

What a beautiful video, and a most wonderful tribute from you! Those are the people that we have all known that have helped during the best of times and the worst of our lives.

How is David? Is is soon to come home for the summer, or does he have other plans?

Hugs & Smiles to you and your family!
