I Dreamed About Her

Katie came to me in a dream last night, in a way that she hasn't done before.
She was on a path like this one.
She was smiling her huge, free, happy smile.
Her presence was so attractive and powerful that I awoke.
I wanted to embrace her, but it was too brief for that.
It was long enough to feel her energy, her essential loving and joyful nature so strongly, the way she was before she got sick.
I felt as if she had been right beside me.
It was good.
I am thankful for this glimpse of my girl.

I remember when my grandfather came to me in a dream many many years ago after his death. My whole being was comforted in that moment. I bet she was RIGHT beside you. Prayers for you and your family.

oh . Karen
I'm so full of joy for you in this.

I've been thinking of you . Thinking of your story, your book ( love ! )

I am touched by our blanket connection.

and how you made me rethink some things about my experience with my son and mother.

and now... as I 'nurse' my youngest with her broken leg from soccer on Monday, painting her toenails etc...

I will never cease to be humbled by you. And grateful.

xoxo

How beautiful Karen....I LOVE dreams like this. IF only we could made them last longer when we wanted to.

I dream about my brother and Father...and always, they are healthy and happy. I awake so peaceful when that happens.

The dreams -- they are a gift. Words fail at the meaning and the spiritual and physical presence when they come. I am so grateful for them.

Oh how wonderful. The dreams are truly the best. The special ones feel so much like an actual visit, and I have concluded they are a visit in some kind of way. So very sweet.
