for the weekend!I can hardly wait to see him - it's been since the end of August.
Fresh linens on bed & in bath: check
Plans to do whatever he wants to do: check
Refrigerator stocked with favorite foods: check
Laundry done, in case he brings a load of clothes to wash: check
Joy & excitement: check!

So happy your son will be home! I know that joy after not seeing the kids when they go to college. WE miss them SO much!!!!! Laundry never looked so good when you gladly do it for them while they are home. Have a wonderful time together...

WONDERFUL news! Enjoy your boy! I am really beginning to realize how quickly the time with our kids is evaporating..... we're taking them to the Blue Angels airshow this weekend... trying to do as much "family stuff" as we can, before they grow up and FLY AWAY!
I haven't seen my Amelia since mid August either! But she won't be home until just before Christmas.

my oldest that plays soccer at UMASS can't come home until the American Thanksgiving and has been gone since the beginning of August for pretraining , so we went to visit her at a game close to us, and my husband passed by on a business trip. What can you do I guess. It's her third year, we are used to it. Thank goodness for Skype.
