A Beautiful Birthday

Yesterday was my birthday.
As my gift, I asked that we
go to my favorite beach,
take a long (8 mile) walk and
a picnic, and then
eat dinner at one of our favorite Thai restaurants.
Gregg and David gave me my wish, and Laura (Smileygirl), Tom & Wrigley joined us.
It's only fitting, as I was at their house on Wrigley's birthday, and
I've been wanting to introduce them to Port Townsend since they moved to Seattle.
Wrigley discovered salt water - and he went wading.
He had a great time!
Thank you, Gregg, David, Tom, Laura & Wrigs, for helping to make my day so happy.

Your birthday does sounds just wonderful. I hope you have a beautiful year to come too my friend.
So, only an 8 mile walk? What, no time for a marathon this year??? :)
If I asked my dogs to take an 8 mile walk, they would laugh at me.

Take care, Suz

WOW! What a great birthday! A long walk on a stretch of beach with a picnic, family, friends AND a golden?!! Now that's just about perfect. Keenan would have a ball with Wrigley - what a handsome guy! LOVE the picture of him rolling in the sand, and the one cuddled up to you. They think they're lap dogs.

I can just hear those waves and smell the salty air. Yes, please send me some photos so I can go there in my head. I'll turn on my sound machine and let my imagination soar.
