Photo Meme

The wonderful KBL 2 ORD 2 SAN 2 LUV has tagged me for a photo meme. Here is the 4th photo in the 4th folder in the 4th folder on my computer. I've been tagged for one of these before, so I dug even deeper into the computer for this one.

The photo is from 2005; the month is December. Gregg was on a (business) trip in Japan. David, Katie and I went over to Snoqualmie Pass with my brother Jim, sister-in-law Caroline and nephew, Phil so the kids could play in the snow. We went walking & sledding. It was a sunny day, and lots of fun for everyone. In the photo, from left: Jim, Phil, Katie, Caroline & David.

The rules:
1) Go to the 4th folder in your computer where you store your pictures.
2) Pick the 4th picture in that folder.
3) Explain the picture.
4) Tag 4 people to do the same.

I tag Kay, Dawn, ChiTown Girl & Karla. Have fun!

I love the picture! Thanks for playing along. I'm glad you shared. It's so weird seeing snow after living here for 8 years. Looks like it was fun!

Great picture Karen, as well as a fun memory for you. (I am assuming this part) :)
take care, suz.

One day, we will get our kids in some snow...I just prefer the warm snow, you know?

Dear Karen, thank you so much for taking time to write on my blog and your dear comments to me about Sarah. I have visited your blog and am so touched by your thoughts and writings. Somehow this journey of losing our daughters moves us next to each other in a heart way---and it is good to touch souls.
The Cinque Terra is a wonderful land. Sarah died at Pont Bonfiglio--down the set of stairs right near the point. Her plaque is up the steps right before the ones going down..off the mail walkway. There is the plaque that faces the water down near the front. The woman who helps us all the way through the ceremony is Paula and she oversees the park office in the Riamaggorie office. Sarah died in Manarola--the next town up. She and Christopher walked to there after getting off the train. If you see Paula---please hug her long and hard for me. She will guide you to the place if she has time. A dear soul too. Did you go to my blogspace or Sarah's blogspace--there are the pictures there of it all.
I have been tender these last weeks again. Trying to find my footing on this journey. Glad for the ones to connect with on the way. For some reason, it is a dear time again with lots of tears, but have deep faith in God to help me. Sarah and Katie are probably making sure we connect...that is cool. bless you---hope to stay in touch. with love, Chris

I love the photo, and thanks for tagging me...although this is new for me, and I am sure I did not do it correctly...but it was fun! And the festival looked so fun!

btw...Jordan leaves your coast tonight, and heads East. As glad that I am to have him home, I am also feeling bittersweet for him. Goodbye's are NEVER easy, but Seattle is just as etched in his heart as mine..so I look for him to be back after finishing up at the University of Delaware!
