They are hosting an event on March 19th at Grace Episcopal Church on Bainbridge Island to support the brain tumor research of Dr. Jim Olson at Seattle Children's Hospital. ED VIESTURS will be one of the speakers, along with Dr. Olson and the inspiring Cheryl Broyles, who is a 10-year brain tumor survivor.

I love the word "survivor". Wonderful.
Our friends and their precious little one, Kaia, are still at Seattle Children's Hospital and she is doing very well and waiting for her transplant. What a fantastic hospital that must be, and what a blessing to frightened families.
