Jo, I should have thought about this! Let me describe the green juice I'm making (& drinking) in the mornings: kale, whole lemon, celery, apple. I hope that helps offset this posting.
Honestly Karen, for someone who thinks chocolate is the most important food group and it should be declared obligatory eating for one's sanity, this post should be turned into a poster for the cause.
And I love S la T because they are the only place to find the bakeware worthy of using. Good choice and keep up the chocolate "painting".
Suz, I answered your question about clafoutis on your blog, but I should say here that it's a baked custard. This one had cherries in it, and it was scrumptious, with just the right amount of sweetness. Yum!
