Beautiful One
(I know Jeremy Camp sings this, too, but I love this version).
I'm not a big fan of "Christian rock music," but I bought a CD with this song on it a looooong time ago, and now, for some reason, I love it.
I sing it really loudly in the car when I'm alone. It makes me cry almost every time, but I still love it.

Thanks, Karen. And while you are dabbling in Christian rock (which I love), try listening to Chris Tomlin's "I Will Rise" and Mercy Me's "I Can Only Imagine". They both give comfort.

Love Chris Tomlin.. I Will Rise is a good one too. (he's younger and newer but I can understand the words.. a requirement for this girl that's not as young as she used to be.. ahem!)
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this song!!!! We sung this during worship time in Tijuana and just to hear those voices lifting up in pure love and praise!!!! Sorry friend-I ADORE Christian rock. It is on my radio everyday-bible belt-remember-lots of Christian radio stations:)
Oh Karen I am so happy that you will be writing a book for adolescents, not only for you but mostly for the children that will read it and be helped by it. For them and their parents.
I can never thank you enough Karen for all of the love I have felt across the miles from you. I guess it is even more meaningful, because I know that you know what Jacquie would feel like.

Our worship leader sings this often at our church. He also did the candlelight service for Sarah's workplace and sang it for that. I just LOVE this song!! Brings me hope!
