I can't stop singing this song...I have nothing against UAL (some of my friends work there), but the story is so well told here, and the tune is so catchy...
That's what I call the ultimate consumer report. United should be trembling consdering the power of youtube! My husband identifies. He cargoes his guitar with fear and trepidation every time we fly. This is a good laugh for the day. Many thanks.
