That is very very cute!
Re your last post; we experienced something similar at home this Christmas following a bereavement - I wanted it to be completely different, as did my mum, but my dad wanted it to be all the same as always - in the end of the day none of us were happy really! But I think it's great that you could talk about it and understand why you feel that way. Also, it's admirable that you confronted the day head-on, sometimes it just seems easier to go away from it all.
