If you look closely, on the end of the branch you will see one of the 5 or 6 young bald eagles that we observed, flying past our windows this morning. He was resting in our neighbor's tree for a bit.
It looked as if they were all having a blast, flying into the south wind!
They made me think of you, Carrie. Sending prayers for you!

That is also one of my favorite verses. I love the photo's and will join you in praying for Carrie.
So beautiful -- the verses and the photos. How fortunate you are to get to see these wondrous creatures up close in the wild.
There are bald eagles on the 520 bridge and Tom saw one of them last week. He said you can usually tell when one's around because traffic will be stopped. Rubber neckers.
